The Dry Rosé 2022 is a delicious blend of Zweigelt, Lagrein, Merlot, and Chardonnay. Notes of cranberry, raspberry, and sour cherries. Light herbal aromatics like dried thyme dance in the background. Strong in structure, this wine would pair well with grilled pork chops or a creamy mushroom risotto.
The Dry Rosé of Blaufränkisch 2022 is rich in quaffability. Notes of watermelon, blackberry, strawberry, and the light crunch of pomegranate seeds are balanced by refreshing acidity. Pair with Caprese salad or goat cheese crostini topped with prosciutto, melon, and honey.
The deep ruby red color entices you to inhale the aromas of velvety rose petals and cherry which carry through onto the palate. Smoky cocoa and toasted oak complement the fruit with light tannin on the finish.
